Overview
Tiltless (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a poker training application and website operated by Tiltless Poker. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Tiltless is purely educational. It does not offer real-money gambling, play-money gambling, or games of chance of any kind.
What We Collect
Website (tiltless.co)
- Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up for our waitlist or newsletter
- Analytics data — anonymous page views, scroll depth, and click patterns via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We do not collect personally identifiable information through website analytics.
App
Analytics (sent to Google Firebase)
- Usage events — which skills are practiced, session duration, drill decisions (correct/incorrect), navigation patterns, and feature usage via Firebase Analytics
- Crash reports — anonymous error reports via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability, including device model and OS version
Beta Testing
During the beta testing period, we collect additional information to improve the app:
- First name — collected during beta onboarding. Used to generate a pseudonymous tester ID (e.g., “John” becomes “john”) that is set as your Firebase Analytics user ID
- Tester group — how you primarily play poker (home game, card room, or learning)
- Poker experience level — your self-reported experience (beginner, intermediate, or experienced)
These beta onboarding details are stored locally on your device and synced to Firebase Analytics as user properties to help us understand how different player types use the app.
Local Data (stored on your device only)
The following data is stored on your device and is never sent to our servers:
- Skill progress — your decision history (last 20 decisions per skill with timestamps), mastery status, and spaced repetition review intervals
- Local telemetry — drill-level performance data including response times and session identifiers, used to power on-device analytics
- Tutorial progress — whether you’ve completed the in-app tutorial
- Theme preference — your dark/light mode selection
- Beta profile — your onboarding responses (name, tester group, experience level)
What We Don’t Collect
- No payment information on our servers (subscriptions processed through Apple App Store / Google Play)
- No location data
- No contacts or phone data
- No social media profiles
- No photos, camera, or microphone access
- No gambling or financial data (there is none — this is a training tool)
- No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
Email Communications
If you sign up for our email list, we use SendFox to manage communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Data Retention
- Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe
- Firebase Analytics data is retained per Google’s standard retention policies
- Local app data is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear app data
How to Delete Your Data
- Local app data: Uninstall the app, or go to your device settings and clear the app’s data/cache
- Firebase Analytics: Analytics data is pseudonymous. To request deletion, contact us at support@tiltless.co
- Email list: Click the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at support@tiltless.co
Children’s Privacy
Tiltless does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Our app contains no gambling, no real money, and no social features.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your personal data
- Unsubscribe from emails
- Opt out of analytics (via browser settings or device settings)
