Overview

These terms govern your use of the Tiltless website (tiltless.co) and application, operated by Tiltless Poker (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By using Tiltless, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Tiltless is a poker training and education tool. It provides interactive drills and exercises designed to teach poker strategy concepts.

Tiltless does not offer:

  • Real-money gambling or wagering
  • Play-money gambling or wagering
  • Games of chance
  • Any form of online poker play against other users

All gameplay within Tiltless is simulated for educational purposes only.

Beta Testing

Tiltless may be available in beta through Apple TestFlight or similar pre-release programs. By participating in beta testing, you acknowledge that:

  • The app is in active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior
  • Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
  • We may collect additional usage data during beta (see our Privacy Policy for details)
  • Beta access may be revoked at any time
  • You agree not to publicly distribute, screenshot, or review pre-release versions without permission
  • Beta testing feedback is voluntary but appreciated — it helps us build a better product

Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Free accounts have access to Foundation skills (Skills 1–2)
  • Paid subscriptions unlock all skills and features
  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by your app store per their policies
  • We do not process payments directly

Your Data

  • All learning progress is stored locally on your device
  • Anonymous usage analytics help us improve the app (see our Privacy Policy)
  • You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings
  • For questions about your data, contact support@tiltless.co

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Tiltless for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
  • Scrape or extract content from the website or app
  • Misrepresent Tiltless as a gambling application
  • Share beta access credentials or pre-release builds with unauthorized users

Intellectual Property

All content, including drill designs, educational materials, skill curricula, and visual assets, is owned by Tiltless Poker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer

Tiltless teaches poker strategy concepts for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that using Tiltless will result in winning at poker. Poker involves skill, decision-making, and variance. Play responsibly.

Limitation of Liability

Tiltless is provided “as is.” Tiltless Poker is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made at a poker table based on concepts learned through Tiltless.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tiltless after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
